Usain Bolt’s preparation for the upcoming Athletics season appears to be going phenomenally well.

The fastest man in the world over 100m and 200m uploaded a short video of one of his weight lifting sessions to his official Instagram account on Monday.

The Jamaican speedster seemed unable to decide whether he wanted to do the bench-press or sit-ups so he made the logical decision and combined the two of them into one exhausting-looking workout. The frightening thing is, he seems to be able to pull it off with incredible ease.

Bolt is set to compete in a sprint competition in Rio de Janeiro next month as he looks to acclimatise to the city where he will be hoping to retain his Olympic golds in 2016.

If he maintains this ridiculous shape and remains injury free, he’s bound to have more Olympic medals in his future.

Great way to start the week..Let no one drain your energy this week…#Energy #Ignite #ForeverFaster #PositiveEnergy
