Belfast boxer Michael Conlan has responded with true class to the results turned in by the Irish fighters competing at UFC Dublin on Saturday night.
Conlan earned World Championship gold two weeks ago and he was quick to congratulate his fellow Belfast fighter Norman Parke and Dublin's Neil Seery on their stellar victories at the 3Arena.

Conlan also offered up commiserations to the two Irishmen who didn't enjoy as fruitful an evening as both Cathal Pendred and Paddy Holohan were stopped in pretty comprehensive circumstances.
One of his followers jumped at the chance to remind Conlan that he had left Aisling Daly out of his congratulatory post but the bantamweight quickly amended his message.
