Peter Canavan makes scary Dublin comparison after Mayo demolition

Peter Canavan made a rather scary Dublin comparison on The Sunday Game after watching the capital demolish a really fancied Mayo side. Dessie Farrell had what was probably his most impressive win as a Dublin manager, engineering an incredible performance that saw his side completely take Mayo apart. Once Dublin started to run the bench as well you could see the depth in the squad with people like Jack McAffrey and Dean Rock coming on to have a huge impact in the match. The Dubs will always be compared to the six-in-a-row team as they have set a ridiculously high benchmark, but Canavan made the rather frightening point that they didn't look far off that sort of form.
