The Irish News newspaper is reporting that Diarmuid Connolly will appeal against his 12-week ban.

It had been reported last week that Connolly had accepted his 12-week ban, imposed by the Central Controls and Competition Committee (CCCC). However, the latest developments, as reported by The Irish News, suggest that the Dublin forward has launched an appeal against his ban.
