There's been an awful lot of debate in recent months about how Floyd Mayweather would fare against a mixed martial artist with UFC president Dana White claiming that he believed the 48-0 boxer would get "ragdolled" by Ronda Rousey.
And it almost came down to boxer v mixed martial artist when Mayweather met UFC middleweight champion Chris Weidman earlier this summer.
The UFC's pound-for-pound number two recounts a story of the encounter in which he says that Money was eyeing up the girlfriend of Team Serra/Longo teammate Aljamain Sterling.
Weidman claims that Mayweather sent some of his security guards to bring the young lady over before Sterling stepped up and told the boxer to back off which Mayweather obligingly did.
It's lucky he did too because it'd be a shame to have Mayweather v Sterling go down without having the chance to watch it on TV.
