The celebrations are well and truly over for WBO middleweight champ Andy Lee.
Lee is set to defend his belt at the start of April against Peter Quillin in New York, and by the looks of things, he hasn't lost a bit of sharpness over the winter.
Lee tweeted out this vine of him doing some pad work with trainer Adam Booth, and if this short clip is anything to go by, he'll be in serious nick by the time the April 11 title defence rolls around.
We seriously pity any man who finds himself on the end of that right hook.
Lee also tweeted out a vine of Belfast's Ryan Burnett going hell for leather on the skipping rope.
This is seriously hypnotising stuff.
