Top ten players under 23 in the Premier League have been revealed

Last week, we debated a combined Merseyside XI featuring players from both Liverpool and Everton and it definitely raised a few eyebrows.

This week, we’re switching things up. No combined XI. Instead, we’re ranking the top ten Premier League players under the age of 23 right now.
