There wasn’t much for Fermanagh fans to cheer about this afternoon despite their win over Antrim in what by all accounts was a fairly turgid encounter in the Ulster championship. Pete McGrath's side did book an Ulster quarter-final spot with Donegal after a 1-12 to 0-9 but their win in Brewster Park was hard work for everyone in the 9,000+ crowd. 0-9 to 0-2 ahead at the break, the Erne men eased off in the second period, only for Antrim to storm back into the game, before Sean Quigley, and his Joe Brolly like goal-scoring touch, and crowd kissing antics, finished the game off. The match was easily one of the worst of the GAA season, and it's only a few weeks old. And he rose to the occasion superbly on Sunday, as he slotted two sideline frees out of his total of 0-9, and this one captured on camera should be beyond the bounds of physics.
