Cork's youngsters were on top form with Luke Meade notching two fine solo-efforts from play while Shane Kingston supplemented his goal with two more fine points from play. Mark Coleman, meanwhile, was dominant in the half back line. Tipp's response showed just why they're All-Ireland Champions though. Although it wasn't to be their day, Seamie Callanan showed just why he's one of the best hurlers in the country, and John McGrath's finish showed just why the Loughmore man is being mentioned as an early contender for hurler of the year.
