Sky Sports get the pick of the Qualifier games but no joy for Cork and Laois

Fans of Cork and Laois will have to get along to Thurles on Saturday evening.

The eight counties remaining in the qualifiers section of the All-Ireland Senior Football Championship learned their fate on Monday morning.

• Cavan v Tyrone
• Meath v Clare
• Galway v Mayo
• Cork v Laois

The county boards, GAA officials and the TV broadcasters have got together and we now have more details on the four games that will provide the final four counties to join the provincial winners in the Super 8s. Three of the four games will take place on Saturday, July 6 with Meath's fixture against Clare taking place on Sunday, and getting aired on RTE from 2pm. Monaghan for the clash between Cavan and Tyrone. Cavan lost the Ulster Final to Donegal while Tyrone have accounted for Longford and Kildare in rounds two and three. From Clones, coverage switches to the LIT Gaelic Grounds for the whopper clash of Mayo and Galway. Both counties were hobbled by Roscommon in the Connacht senior championship but can get right back into the mix with a victory.
