The GAA Hour Hurling Show has this week righted a wrong and drafted in a voice from the western province to balance out the Leinster lads on the pod. So Colm Parkinson - Laois's truest hurling man outside of Cheddar Plunkett's household - is joined in the studio by recently retired Tipperary defender Paddy Stapleton. The GAA Hour's newest pundit examines Clare ahead of the visit of Kilkenny to Cusack Park, with the reprogramming of Davy Fitzgerald's former hurling machines required following the comprehensive defeat to Cork in the opening round of the National League. Paddy also reflects on his new life as a club hurler, which of course leads Wooly on to a discussion about championship structures. Also in the studio are Conal Keaney and Mikey Stafford, with the former pleading for patience after Dublin's disturbing league opener against Tipperary. Wooly is joined also by former Cat John Mulhall to discuss his transfer to Kildare and how far hurling has moved on since he stepped away from Kilkenny panel five years ago.
