Some drama.

A game wherever you look, the only trouble was deciding which one to look at or to go to. TG4 sided with the hurling semi-finals for the day so for football fans everywhere, it was a game of catch-up. League Sunday promises to be jam-packed. In the mean-time, here are all the promotions, relegations and finalists from the four football divisions.

Division One

Finalists:  Kerry v Mayo

Galway losing to Tyrone opened the door for Mayo and they slammed it shut on their neighbours with a comprehensive win over Monaghan. https://twitter.com/GAA__JOE/status/1109827608198434822 Kerry sealed their place in the final with a convincing win over the Rossies, which sent Anthony Cunningham's men down alongside Cavan, who lost by six points to Dublin.

Relegated: Roscommon, Cavan

Division Two

Finalists and promoted: Meath v Donegal

Meath came from behind to beat Fermanagh well in Páirc Tailteann and they'll take on Declan Bonner's Donegal, who trounced Kildare in Ballyshannon. https://twitter.com/GAA__JOE/status/1109852764409077761 After a disappointing loss to Clare, Tipperary went down alongside Cork for who, despite beating Armagh by 3-9 to 1-14, will play Division Three football next year.

Division Three

Finalists: Laois v Westmeath/Louth

It was a sweet win for Laois in O'Moore Park as they sent neighbours and rivals Carlow back to Division Four in the process. Down will be left kicking themselves as their 1-6 to 0-10, one point loss to Louth at home kept the Wee county alive and means Down can't possibly go up. https://twitter.com/CLGLaois/status/1109841600832856065 Louth and Westmeath face off next weekend and the winner goes up and plays Laois in the final. If it's a draw, Westmeath will go forward ahead of Down on points difference. The difference is only one point. Down must be kicking themselves.

Relegated: Carlow, Sligo

Division Four

Finalists: Derry v Leitrim

Derry and Leitrim meanwhile, were home and hosed for the final even before the last round of fixtures.
