Ireland prop Jack McGrath will captain Leinster for Saturday night's visit of Treviso at the RDS with Ireland internationals Jordan Larmour and Sean O'Brien both set to return to the Leinster starting team.
O'Brien returns to the Leinster fold after recovering from a shoulder injury sustained during last month's 10-10 draw with the Scarlets.
The Ireland flanker was pulled off after just 26 minutes in what was his first game back for Leinster since undergoing a small procedure on his hip in January.
O'Brien will join Jordi Murphy and impressive 21-yer-old Max Deegan in the Leinster backrow while fellow Ireland international Jordan Larmour returns to full-back after successfully recovering from a calf injury,
The Treviso match will mark Larmour's first appearance for Leinster since he came off the bench for Ireland in the Grand Slam decider against England last month.
Leinster currently boast a four-point lead over the second placed Scarlets with a PRO14 home semi-final awarded to the team that finishes top of each conference.
