The game was only minutes in but Dublin vs Kerry already delivered, with the Kingdom awarded a controversial penalty just 120 seconds into the match.
With Dublin 0-2 up after a two-point free, Joe O'Connor won a penalty after what was deemed to be a foul by Peadar Ó Cofaigh Byrne.
However, on replay, it looked like a a hard but fair challenge from the Sky Blues man.
Evan Comerford saved David Clifford's initial penalty attempt, but the game's best player made up for his poor shot by leathering in the rebound.
