Gary Lineker has agreed a major deal at a new broadcaster after leaving the BBC.
The former footballer-turner-pundit left his role presenting Match of the Day at the end of this season following a 26-year stint.
He was also expected to host coverage of the 2026 World Cup in LA, but has also stepped back from those responsibilities after controversy over a post he shared last month.
Lineker has now agreed a deal with DAZN that will see his own The Rest Is Football Podcast broadcast highlights of the Club World Cup.
The format will see co-host Alan Shearer and Micah Richards analyse the matches in a video version of the podcast.
DAZN chief Pete Oliver said: "The Rest Is Football is essential viewing and listening for fans who want insight, entertainment, and personality.
"This partnership is a brilliant way to bring the Fifa Club World Cup even closer to that audience.
“It’s about connecting global football with the voices fans trust and love, and showing the tournament in a fresh, exciting, and authentically British way.”
The Club World Cup begins on June 15 and it is being held in the US.
The revamped tournament will see an expanded competition similar to the proper World Cup with Chelsea and Man City England's representatives.
Channel 5 will also show 23 live games after striking a sub-licencing agreement.
