Six European golds, five world golds, and one Olympic gold doesn't come about by chance. Katie Taylor puts the hours in and it looks like she's only getting better. Frighteningly. The Bray legend was recorded in training with Zaur Antia and she was not holding back. With a sixth world title in her sights when she takes for Kazakhstan in February, Taylor is on video hammering at the pads with lightning quick combinations and her defence reactions were just as impressive.
