Manny Pacquiao was never going to get much sympathy from the man who beat him, was he?
Floyd Mayweather has taken a not-so-veiled dig at the Filipino fighter after Pacquiao claimed that he had injured a shoulder in the run-up to the so-called Fight of the Century on Saturday night.
The bout has been almost universally criticised for what many considered a lack of action but Pacquiao's shoulder injury, which we are led to believe is a torn rotator cuff, would go some way to explaining why he failed to press the action to the best of his ability.
Mayweather, though, has put down Pacquiao's claims as a mere "excuse" on his Instagram account today.

Expect this one to run and run as the pair look to reignite the trash talk and get some bit of interest going in a rematch down the line.
