Jake Paul is back in the ring with a tough test against Mexican veteran Julio César Chávez Jr this weekend.
The two will fight in Anaheim at the Honda Center with event expected to start at 8pm California time. It means Irish fans will need to tune in at 1am on Sunday 29 June to watch the fight.
The ring walks for the Paul vs Chavez Jr fight will be around 4am Ireland time, meaning a late night or early morning for fans on this side of the Atlantic.
DAZN has worldwide rights to the fight and fans can book the PPV event here for 19.99 EUR, or bundle it with the upcoming Usyk vs Dubois II heavyweight fight to get a discount on both. You can sign up to watch it here.
The fighters have already entered into the pantomime of a pre-fight press conference with insults exchanged and promises of victory made.
Jake Paul will have to win if he is ever to be taken seriously as a boxer. Despite winning 11 of his 12 fights with seven by knockout, Chavez will represent his toughest opponent yet and is 20 years younger than Mike Tyson, who Paul defeated in his previous time in the ring.
Chavez Jr, a former world champion, has promised a knockout for the fight and a win could end Paul’s professional career before it begins. He has won 54 of his 61 fights with 34 knockouts and at 39 is coming to the end of his illustrious career.
Paul, who uses the nickname the Problem Child, is a social media influencer but has ambitions to compete professionally at cruiserweight in future. To do that he will need to beat Chavez Jr at the weekend.
They will not be the only two entering the ring at the event. The full undercard is:
