Andy Lee came back from the brink of being knocked out last night to score a brilliant draw against Peter Quillin. However, his stellar performance was perhaps outshone by that of the referee. The man who officiated the fight is a genuine contender for most animated man in sports history. Throughout the more heated exchanges, the ref grimaced with every heavy punch and his eyes widened with every wild swing. The poor man looked like his heart was going to explode out of his chest during a particularly intense portion of the bout. He looked genuinely relieved when he howled "STOP!" at the bell.
