We’ve learned to love the character that is Conor McGregor.
Not that anybody needs reminding but his journey to the top of the sporting world has been nothing short of sensational.
From collecting social welfare to headlining possibly the most lucrative fight of all time in the space of a few years is nothing short of remarkable, no one should begrudge the 29-year-old for living the lavish lifestyle he lives.
There’s a good chance that any interview or photograph you see of the MMA fighter turned boxer showcases a flashy car, expensive clothing and generally include items that let it be known that he’s no pauper.
But at the end of it all McGregor has got to this point from hard work and dedication and his latest post just about includes all the elements mentioned above.

McGregor can be seen in the lush part of Las Vegas working out ahead of his fight with Floyd Mayweather looking absolutely shredded but there is more to it than meets the eye.
The hard work is front and centre, but in the background is the green Lamborghini which is a product of his success.
In many ways, the photo just sums up the journey all in one, put in the hard work and you will reap the rewards.
And there are plenty more rewards to come as the Dubliner will look to make upwards of $100m when he faces Floyd Mayweather next Saturday, 26 August in the T-Mobile arena in Las Vegas.
