Ah, the monkey bar challenge. The age-old test of manhood. Well, the Belfast boxing hero just brought it to a whole new level entirely when it took two different phones to record his effort as he swung up and down an increasingly notorious set of monkey bars twice over as if it was nothing.
Training today up at EFP Gyms in Belfast ahead of the first defence of his IBF super bantamweight world title at the start of next year, Frampton was challenged to take the test that the lads are daring all their athletes to take. He didn't just take the test, he took the piss as he swung the whole way down and the whole way back up again.
