This Turkish manager is refusing to let a stadium ban get in between him and watching his side play.
Hamsik Isit, whose second name sounds like the beginning of a question, thought up an extremely inventive way of watching his team play while he’s currently serving a hefty stadium ban.
Isit was handed a whopping 9-month, 285-day suspension from football stadia after he got into a heated confrontation with a referee during a recent game.
The ban meant that he was supposed to be unable to watch his club Corum Beledivespor’s promotion playoff at the weekend. However, he did manage to see the game from the ground, but just not from the dugout.
Isit hired a crane and extended it above the roof of the stadium to watch the game without violating the ban.
Well played.
