Mark Jordan is here to make you feel bad about your day off
After the weekend and the St Parick's Day celebrations, we were barely able to get out bed this morning. So, you can only imagine how bad we felt when we saw this video.
Mark Jordan is a 54-year-old from Texas and he has just set a phenomenal record for the number of pull ups in 24 hours.
Jordan performed 4,321 pull ups in 24 hours, and he says the idea was to inspire others to be healthier in their lives.
Okay Mark, we're getting off the coach now...
