We pictured Usain Bolt wolfing down salmon and washing it down with some raw eggs.

But the training diet of the world's fastest man is pretty much the exact same as the rest of the population. Somehow, Bolt regularly manages to run 100m in under 10 seconds with the same diet as a 60 year old school vice principal. The reigning Olympic and World champion revealed his daily intake to GQ magazine and it's surprising how very dull it is, although it kind of makes sense.

Breakfast Egg sandwich

Lunch Pasta and corned beef

Throughout the day Mango, pineapple, apples

Dinner Roasted chicken, Jamaican dumplings

15th IAAF World Athletics Championships Beijing 2015 - Day Six I had this exact same bit of grub last week and I broke f**k all records.
