Lindsay Vonn equals World Cup skiing record

Nice to see there are still trophies in Tiger Woods' life

No chance of Tiger breaking any records soon

If you’re one half of a sporting couple then you know it’s nice to support your partner in their endeavours on the pitch or maybe on the slopes in the case of Tiger Woods and US skier Lindsay Vonn.

Or maybe not as the former world number 1 didn’t even bother to show up to his partner’s latest triumph at a FIS World Cup event in Italy. Maybe he’s a bit jealous that her career is still on the way up,even when she’s on the way downhill.

His loss though, as she collected her 62nd career victory this morning to equal Annemarie Moser-Proell’s record for most career wins by a woman, a record she could claim as her own tomorrow.

You can see below how she did it.
