Davy Morris secures 6-4 win over Mark Selby to move into last 32 of UK Snooker championship

Bloody Kilkenny, not content with being unbelievable at hurling they are now using their skills with long pieces of timber to cause shocks in snooker. Davy Morris was taking on World Champion Mark Selby in the last 64 of the UK championship today and held his nerve to dump the Englishman out of the competition. The Kilkenny native, who only turned 26 two days ago opened a 3-1 lead before Selby fought back to make it 4-4. However, the Irishman held his nerve and won the final two frames to move into the last 32 and will now face David Gilbert in the next round. Judd Trump paid tribute to the Irishman on twitter: https://twitter.com/judd147t/status/538704309471682560
