Donegal siblings Sam and Chloe Magee were beaten in straight sets in their European Games semi-final encounter in Baku. The mixed doubles duo were already guaranteed a bronze medal after beating Polish pair Aneta Wojtkow and Pawel Pietryja on Friday. Hoping to reach a gold medal match, on Sunday, the Irish team were defeated by France’s Gaetan Mittelheisser and Audrey Fontaine. The were in trouble early in the first set, which they lost 21-12.
