We're not sure how he does it but Usain Bolt must be the most chilled out top class sportsman in the world. If he's not tucking into chicken nuggets then he's giving funny interviews and generally not giving a damn what people think of him. And last night on the BBC the Jamaican made a mug of poor old Colin Jackson as he was doing a piece to camera. The sprinter was in London for the Anniversary games and took home the men's 100m title in a time of 9.87 seconds. Afterwards he decided to give an exhibition of his dancing moves behind the Welshman to much amusement.
