The 'Wolf of Walkin Street' takes on Stephen Maguire today.
Hats off to whoever who came up with this new Davy Morris nickname.
The Kilkenny man is in the last 16 of the UK snooker championship for the second year in a row and we would love if announcer Rob Walker was to introduce the Kilkenny man to the arena with his new nickname.
Morris revealed on Twitter that people are now calling him the 'Wolf of Walkin Street' and we think its a nickname that could stick.
Walkin Street is in the heart of Kilkenny city and Morris being a Noresider it's a pretty nifty piece of wordplay:

We just hope that he doesn't suffer any of the, ahem, pitfalls that Jordan Belfort did in the Martin Scorsese movie his new nickname is associated with.
He's in action tonight at 7pm.
