The seven-year veteran of the NFL bought himself a farm at home in North Caroline, and set to work learning the trade from YouTube.
And not only that, he's giving back to those less fortunate also, donating the first batch of every season to local food kitchens, which recently was over 100,000lbs of sweet potatoes.
And you know what, he says he's "never felt more successful".
