Tom Willis was born without arms, but that doesn’t mean he can’t throw a mean baseball.
Willis recently threw out the ceremonial first pitch before Monday night’s game between the Seattle Mariners and San Francisco Giants at AT&T Park, and he completely nailed it.
He steeped onto the mound barefoot, grabbed the ball in his right foot and delivered a perfect pitch over home plate, right in the strike zone which really got the crowd going.
By even getting the pitch to homebase (not the garden centrre), Wilis has already achieved what many before him have failed. (See 50 Cent’s effort below.)
