Usually, such occasions are pretty straightforward. Player walks on to pitch wearing his new team's colours, waves at supporters, proves he's capable of kicking a football by doing a few keepy-uppies, walks off.
Simple.
But when Valencia decided to unveil new signing Nani, they really thought outside the box.
There was a special stage erected at the Mestalla, and the former Manchester United winger was accompanied by the club's Pokemon-esque bat mascot as he appeared on the pitch wearing his new team's kit. But instead of just throwing the Portuguese international a football, Valencia appear to be more concerned with their new signing's capoeira skills.
Capoeira, for those of you that don't know and can't be arsed heading over to Wikipedia, is a Brazilian martial art that combines elements of dance and acrobatics.
Valencia had splashed out on a few capoeira experts as part of the 29-year-old's unveiling and encouraged him to show off what he could do. Why? We have no idea.

Having left Manchester United on a permanent basis last summer, the Portuguese winger's move to La Liga was announced during Euro 2016 - bringing to an end his spell in Turkey with Fenerbahce.
