Young footballers dream about scoring goals. Young referees dream about giving an advantage which results in a goal.

Andros Townsend scored a cracker of a strike last night as Spurs got put the League Cup final defeat behind them, beating Swansea 3-2 at White Hart Lane. However, the best thing about the winger's goal wasn't the goal itself, but rather referee Michael Oliver, who gave the world's most excited advantage ever in the build-up. Starting roughly midway inside the Spurs half of the pitch, Oliver signaled for advantage as Spurs burst clear on the counter. He then brought his arms back down to his side, before throwing them back into the air all over again, momentarily looking like he was trying to fly. We reckon he's sprinted around 50 meters waiving his arms in the air. It gets better with every watch. For those who are interested, here's the Townsend goal itself. Nice finish.
