There are few English footballers who inspire such division as John Terry.
As beloved as Chelsea's club captain is with his own fans, plenty of opposing supporters take great delight whenever things don't go the veteran's way.
Whether his slip against Manchester United, his own goal against Crystal Palace or his other slip against Arsenal, the sight of an upset John Terry feels like Christmas to those who enjoy seeing others fail.

Chelsea had a fairly routine first hour in their FA Cup meeting with Peterborough United, opening up a three-goal lead through Pedro, Michy Batshuayi and Willian.

Terry saw red for a foul on Lee Angol as the Posh forward ran through on goal from a gorgeous pass via former St. Pat's midfielder Chris Forrester, and even a few Chelsea fans seemed to accept the captain was right to go as he was the last man.

As for supporters of other clubs, they offered up a balanced response, showing sympathy for the England international on his first appearance since November.
Just kidding.

In fairness to Chelsea fans, plenty of them seemed to see the funny side too, offering up what feels like - but almost certainly wasn't - a coordinated response.
