Northern Ireland manager Michael O'Neill has reportedly signed a four-year extension with the IFA that will contract him to Northern Ireland until 2024, according to multiple reports.

https://twitter.com/skysportspaulg/status/961918305987715073 O'Neill guided Northern Ireland to the last 16 of Euro 2016 as well as the 2018 FIFA World Cup play-offs, where his side narrowly missed out on this summer's finals after losing 1-0 to Switzerland on aggregate. O'Neill was linked with the Scotland job last month but turned it down in favour of staying with the Green and White Army. O'Neill will accept the longest and most lucrative contract in the Irish FA's history and will lead the side into Euro 2020 qualification, the 2022 World Cup qualifiers and Euro 2024.
