Whoever was in charge of the kit most definitely got a bollocking after this monumental screw-up.

Liverpool Ladies travelled to Yeovil Town Ladies on Sunday for their Women's Super League One Spring Series season opener but, when the team arrived at the ground, they were flabbergasted to learn that there wasn't so much as a stitch of red for them to wear. The Liverpool kit had been forgotten and, with over 200 miles separating the cities, there was no way to retrieve the kits before kick-off.
