Harry Kane made sure his teammate was covered from the cameras

Fresh concerns have been raised as Jamal Musiala collapsed on the pitch for the second time in just four days with Bayern Munich.

The German midfielder, 23, sparked another worrying moment during a Bayern Munich friendly, just four days after experiencing a similar episode against RB Leipzig.

The incident this time around occurred during a friendly against Heidenheim, with Musiala having come off the bench only eight minutes earlier.

It was around the 68th minute with the score tied 2-2 when he suddenly went down on the pitch.

His teammates, including England captain Harry Kane, quickly gathered around him to check on his condition as the Bayern Munich medical staff entered the field to provide assistance.

The 23-year-old fortunately recovered after receiving medical attention and was able to walk toward the locker room alongside one of the club’s doctors.

He was substituted and did not return to the match, which Bayern Munich eventually won 4-2.

On Monday, Musiala trained separately from the rest of the squad, following the scare he experienced in the RB Leipzig friendly.

Against RB Leipzig, Musiala came on during the second half, scored a goal and later collapsed on the pitch.

The first fainting episode, as per Bayern Munich, was related to heat and dehydration, with the match being played in temperatures of around 33°C.

But a second incident in such a short period has once again raised concerns about Musiala, particularly following his recent return from a lengthy injury absence.

The German international has now revealed that he has been diagnosed with treatable absence seizures after collapsing twice in four days.
