When, like so many times in the past, Munster would have turned up the temperature at Thomond Park to edge out a bruising victory, Bundee Aki put the cherry on a Connacht cake.
The centre finished off a flowing move on Saturday evening that made sure that the province would beat Munster in Limerick for the first time since 1986.
It appeared that there was no way that Aki was going to keep the ball in play with just minutes left on the clock but he stretched every sinew of his body to singlehandedly touch down before being dragged into touch.
The try left the score at 18-12 and the home side didn't have enough time to get the ball into Connacht territory for a late flourish, leaving Pat Lam's side in fine form in the dressing room.
