As a dyed-in-the-wool prop, even watching sevens rugby gives me a nose-bleed.

It's not that I don't like it, I'm just more than a little bit terrified of it. And after watching this video from the Hong Kong Sevens at the weekend, I almost needed the office defibrillator to be brought into action. Naturally, the best action from the event in the far east circulated around Brian O'Driscoll's partying like it's 1999, but in between all that there was some outrageous rugby played. And World Rugby have put together this video of the best tries from the weekend, and as is the guarantee in these sevens rugby compilations, they're all absolutely breathless, and Carlin Isles is involved. I'm going for a lie down.
