Offloads, dropped and recovered passes, running backwards, this try sums up Fijian rugby.
While they've never been great shakes in the 15 a side game, Fiji have always been a delight to watch in sevens, and it seems their women's team are carrying on that tradition.
Taking on New Zealand at the Canada Sevens recently, they scored a try that was the very epitome of Fijian rugby.
Starting just outside their 22, they dropped the ball twice, ran backwards twice, and one player even fell over, yet they somehow recycled the ball to perfection before running in to score in the corner.
What an absolute joy to watch.
