It really was a spectacular finish to what was already a successful season for Stade. Argentine coach Gonzalo Quesada guided his team to fourth in the league, which was good enough to qualify for the European Cup for the first time since 2010. But the last few weeks have been ridiculous, with comprehensive wins over Racing Metro and Toulon followed by Saturday's win over Clermont, whose final woes continued for another year.
