Munster looked to have lost to Glasgow for a second time in this Guinness PRO14 season when Rory Scannell kicked away possession. Glasgow held on to the ball for the next six minutes but conceded a penalty at the breakdown with three seconds left on the clock.
With Munster captain Peter O'Mahony down for treatment, Scannell approached outhalf Ian Keatley and Billy Holland and told him he fancied a dart at the posts.
Never before was Thomond Park as silent as this. 48 metres out, with the angle, Scannell knew it was all or nothing. His connection was clean and it was all.
