Conor McGregor loves a prediction although usually they centre on what round he'll beat his opponent.
It now looks as if McGregor's title fight with Jose Aldo on July 11 in the MGM Grand in Las Vegas is going to be shelved after the Brazilian champion fractured his rib in training. But back in December 2014 McGregor predicted that this exact eventuality would take place when we sat down with him as part of our exclusive video diary series on SportsJOE.ie Conor even predicts that Frankie Edgar will be the likely person to step in to replace Aldo for the fight. At the moment it looks like a straight dual between Edgar and Chad Mendes to replace Aldo.
