It's an active retirement anyway.

While some reports will tell you that Conor McGregor is staying true to his word on leaving the fight game, most - such as Jon Jones - are sure it's only a matter of time before he reverses his decision and starts making plans to get back in the octagon. If he is calling it quits, then the emergence of this 'very recent' footage won't do anything to convince people. For most people, "retirement" means ceasing to work in the career that had previously paid the bills. They might book a cruise, or take up playing golf. Training with Gunnar Nelson, McGregor doesn't look ready to pick up his clubs and play 18 holes just yet.
