Bodybuilder who called out UFC champion issues very cringey challenge to Conor McGregor

He's made a gravestone for Conor McGregor...

Conor McGregor

You thought Conor McGregor vs Floyd Mayweather was the money fight…

Well, you’re dead right. Any human with half a brain will realise that the fight that Conor McGregor stands to gain the most money from right now is the one he has booked for August 26.

After that, there’s been a great deal of debate over who McGregor will fight next if anyone at all. Most people seem to be leaning towards a return to the Octagon to fight Nate Diaz, Tony Ferguson, Khabib Nurmagomedov or someone of that ilk.

Although that chap who called out UFC bantamweight king Cody Garbrandt has the Dubliner in his sights for December.

If you’re unaware of how Matthew Kline Kader rose to prominence in MMA circles, it all started with a tweet to Garbrandt.

The two subsequently engaged in a trash talk battle via Twitter which culminated in ‘No Love’ tweeting the address of his gym, telling Kader to let him know when he wants to settle this once and for all. Remarkably, the bodybuilder called his bluff and sent a screenshot of a plane ticket he purchased to go to Sacramento in June.

SBG head coach added an extra incentive by offering to donate $1,000 to charity if Kader held up his end of the bargain and increasing it to $10,000 if he somehow won the fight.

The bodybuilder actually showed up as promised, but a fight did not materialise. What actually happened was predictably embarrassing, but that hasn’t put him off calling out the biggest star in the sport.

Yup, that was a McGregor gravestone in that brief clip. If you don’t want to pause and squint, you can see the message inscribed on it below.

“In Memory of Conor Notorious Mcgregor (sic) July 14, 1988 – December 9, 2017”

“Conor put up a good fight but Matthew Kline Kader’s right hand was too much for him. We will miss you Conor.”

“Rest in peace!”

“Matthew Kline Kader’s going to invade Dublin, Ireland. Matthew Kline Kader’s going to walk inside Conor McGregor’s gym and knock him the fuck out.”

Something tells us Matthew Kline Kader’s never going to stop referring to himself in the third person.

If you want to watch the meathead’s call-out video in full, you can check it out below. If you can make it through the entire 16 minutes you will earn the prize of knowing that you just wasted 16 minutes that could have been better spent doing something more productive.

Like literally anything else.
