Normally after a club wins a first ever AIB Ulster senior football title the focus would be on where to go for the celebrations that night and the next couple of days.
But Ulster champions Slaughtneil did something amazing after their one point win over Omagh St Enda's last Sunday for a man who is very special to everyone involved with the club.
Club President Brian Bradley is paralysed and has been in a wheelchair for almost 30 years but the club made sure that his house was the first they visited with the famous Seamus McFerron cup just hours after their triumph.
The unplanned stop may have held up some of the celebrations in the village and put out an expectant BBC crew there to cover the homecoming but none of the players seemed to mind as they wanted to share their moment with the club stalwart.
