GAA impressionist’s skits with Bernard Brogan and Joe Brolly are getting so good it’s scary

He actually looks like them

Conan Doherty

It’s hard to tell if his Mickey Harte is better than his Davy Fitzgerald or if his Colm Parkinson is better than his Des Cahill.

Conor’s Sketches is getting better and better. If you’re not familiar with his work, get on it.

The impressionist specializes in GAA personalities but, whilst his imitations might be bang on, he’s a funny man too and his acts are hilarious.

He was one of the first to start using the Snapchat face-swap filter to work a bit of magic.

His All-Ireland final preview simply doesn’t go on for long enough.

And he even mocked up his very own version of SportsJOE’s GAA Hour.

Now, the season is over but he’s not running short of material.

During the fallout of the 2017 championship draw – made the guts of eight months before the actual championship takes place – Conor’s Sketches has put together another hilarious feature.

With Des Cahill anchoring the show, he’s joined by Mickey Harte, Davy Fitz, Joe Brolly, Ger Loughnane, Colm Parkinson, Jim Gavin and Bernard Brogan and it is not to be missed.

Check Conor out on Facebook. You’ll not regret it.

On the latest episode of the GAA Hour, Wooly chats to new Meath boss Andy McEntee about the flawed Dublin Championship and catches up with new Clare joint manager Donal Moloney. Listen below or subscribe on iTunes.
