Republic of Ireland underage international Dan Crowley has said that Willem II's penalty win over AZ Alkmaar on Thursday was the best day of his football career.
Willem set up a KNVB Cup final with Ajax following a 2-1 penalty win over Alkmaar and Crowley said that it was the best feeling that he's ever had in football despite missing a penalty.

"What a win man, bloody hell. The best feeling I have ever had in football really," Crowley said after the game.
"It was tough, I missed a penalty but best day of my life. Best day in football for sure, unbvelievable.
"The fans are f******g amazing, so good. I think the last time was 2004 or 2005. We play Ajax away, it's going to be difficult but if we believe like this today and have the support from the fans, who knows?"
Willem II purchased the Coventry man on a three-year deal in 2017, making 10 appearances for the side before being loaned out to the Eerste Divisie (second tier of Dutch football) side, SC Cambuur, for six months where the skilful dribbler made 15 appearances, scoring three goals in the process.
Crowley declared his international allegiance to the Irish senior team last month and should available for Mick McCarthy's squad later this year.
