But you wouldn't have guessed it judging by the passion with which she talks about her desire to claim a seventh consecutive European championship in Azerbaijan this summer.
In this new promotional video, the Bray lightweight intensely expresses her desire to go down as the greatest female boxer of all time.
Taylor is well on her way to that honour, with five World Championships and five European Union Championships to along with her European Games awards.
And the 28-year-old's meteoric rise continues in two weeks time in Baku when she looks to add another chapter to her hugely decorated career.
