Well that got ugly.

Amir Khan and wife Faryal have seemingly split up and the pair had a very public falling-out on Friday afternoon. A string of bizarre tweets appeared on the boxer's Twitter feed and, given that Khan's account was hacked earlier this year, several of his followers believed that it had happened again. Although Faryal took to her social media to hit back at Khan, which would suggest that the exchange is a legitimate one. Khan also claimed that his partner had quickly moved on from their marriage and is currently seeing British heavyweight Anthony Joshua. The model didn't hesitate to reply and while she confirmed that they were going their separate ways, she hastened to insist that Khan had completely made up the Joshua part of his story. "I'm sure you left your family because they robbed you? Not because of me. Stop making false things up," Faryal wrote. "Accusing other boxers just because your boxing career is finished. Man up, Amir. https://twitter.com/FaryalxMakhdoom/status/893466408365019137 "After all these years. I've always defending a cheat, always stuck around for him, always had his back. And I'm called a gold digger? "LOL! He's given me jack shit -- I pay house bills and bills for my daughter myself! It's like I'm a single mother while he's out messing around. And he has the nerve to blast me like that? The amount of evidence I have on you. It can destroy you. But since I loved you at one point in my life. I'll just let it go." Joshua then got involved, in unforgettable fashion: https://twitter.com/anthonyfjoshua/status/893480501675249664 https://twitter.com/anthonyfjoshua/status/893480581048225792 Escalated quickly.
